Q1.Your products can be used in microwave and oven?how about the lid?
A:Yes.our products are made of high borosilicate glass and high usage temperature is up to 500 °C,so it is very safe to be used in microwave and oven.But the lid can not be used in those generally.
Q2.Products can be directly taken to microwave oven from freezer?
A:Sure.The thermal shock resistance of glassware is about 120-140  °C,so safety is guaranteed.
Q3.How about your trade terms?such as payment?  delivery?
A:In general,we support many payments like T/T,L/C, Western Union.
